These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EveryBuddy's Laundromat (“EveryBuddy's,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

EveryBuddy's provides self-service laundry, attended wash, dry & fold drop-off, and pickup & delivery services at and around our Jacksonville and Orange Park, Florida locations. Service availability, hours, and features may vary by location and may change over time.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup & delivery is scheduled through our laundry ordering app and is available within our service area. A minimum order may apply (currently a $35 minimum), and pricing, minimums, turnaround times, and promotions may change. Please schedule pickups accurately and make your items accessible at the scheduled time. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pricing & Payment

Prices for our services are posted in-store, in our app, or provided on request, and are subject to change. You agree to pay the applicable charges for the services you use. Any discounts or promotions are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only items that are suitable for standard laundering, and to remove money, jewelry, and other valuables from items before drop-off or pickup. You are responsible for reviewing any special care instructions and for informing us of items that require special handling.

Care of Items; Lost or Damaged Items

We handle your items with care using standard laundry practices. Certain items may not withstand normal washing or drying, and some wear, shrinkage, fading, or color transfer can occur despite reasonable care. If you believe an item was lost or damaged, please notify us promptly so we can review the matter. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited as described in the “Limitation of Liability” section below.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to EveryBuddy's and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission, except as allowed for normal personal use of the site.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryBuddy's will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
